Hi, I’m Christi Johnston, a Digital Systems Creator with more than 25 years of experience building and managing businesses.
I’ve owned businesses in medical billing, real estate, dog training, and pet care. Each one taught me something about the work that happens behind the scenes and how much responsibility business owners carry.
I also built and operated my own virtual assistant business, where I supported other business owners with the administrative and operational details of running their businesses. That experience inspired my transition from providing VA services to creating practical digital resources.
Today, through SeaBreeze Digital Studio, I create practical digital resources and provide select Done-For-You services to help owners document important tasks, organize their knowledge, and make their businesses easier to run.
Why I created SeaBreeze Digital Studio
I know what it’s like to be the person who knows how everything works.
When you own a business, it’s easy to become the person everyone depends on for answers. You know how you want things done, what matters to your customers, and how to handle the everyday details that keep your business running.
But getting those details out of your head and into something you can use or share takes time. I’ve experienced that firsthand.
I know how much work it takes to turn years of experience into instructions someone else can follow. That’s why I focus on creating resources that are practical, useful, and easy to put to work.
A special understanding of pet businesses
As a certified dog trainer and former pet care business owner, I bring firsthand experience to the resources I create for pet professionals. I built and operated my own pet care company, developed an Employee Handbook and Policies and Procedures Manual, managed employees, and eventually sold the business.
That experience gave me a deep appreciation for the responsibilities pet business owners carry and the importance of dependable procedures that help a business run consistently.
Today, I use what I’ve learned to create practical resources and Done-For-You services for pet sitters, dog walkers, boarding and daycare owners, groomers, and dog trainers.
